France booked their place in the Euro 2016 final as they beat the current world champions Germany 2-0. Antoine Griezmann scored both, taking him to six goals for the tournament, three ahead of his teammates Olivier Giroud and Dimitri Payet.
Two Portuguese players have the same amount, Cristiano Ronaldo and Nani, and both were on the scoresheet as Wales’ Euro 2016 fairy tale came to an end earlier in the week.
The hosts have reached the final of their own tournament and are now 1/2 favourites to go on to lift the trophy, or a staggering 10/1 if you don't have an account with Coral. Standing in their way are Portugal, and in particular Cristiano Ronaldo, who have never managed to win a major international tournament. They lost to Greece in the final of Euro 2004, one of the competition’s biggest surprise to date, but all will be forgotten if they are the side lifting the trophy come Sunday night.
One to watch
Raphael Guerreiro (£2.1m)
Managers across the country have been transferring in Antoine Griezmann, Dimitri Payet and Cristiano Ronaldo, so the only choice is to search for a less selected player if you want to gain an edge. Portuguese left-back Raphael Guerreiro fits the bill, he has 26 TFF points to his name so far, chalking up 10 in his latest outing against Wales.
- Antoine Griezmann has five goals so far in the knock-out stages, six for the whole tournament. To score and for France to win in 90 mins is available at 3/1.
- Portugal should give France a tough test and could force both extra time and penalties. The match to go to penalties is 9/2.
- Both sides won their respective semi finals 2-0. A repeat of that scoreline in France’s favour is 15/2, Portugal 20/1.
